Why do I feel like...Somebody's watching me!!!

Alright folks, here goes! My first post with followers! Kinda excitedddd!!!
Now, lets see how many of you actually will read this! Leave a comment if you do. It can be about reading it or just a piece of advice that might be able to help me!

Okay, so TOMORROW (well today cuz it's past 12 am) Im going to the gym for the FIRST TIME since JULY!!!!! Im very excited/ very nervous cuz i'm not sure what the hell to do for my first time back! eek, lots of running? lifting? gotta get to it! :o)

Now what u really want to hear... What I ate!!! I think I did good today! I went to dunks and got an egg ham and cheese on an everything bagel and washed it down with a large pumpkin spice coffee with equal and skim... Okay, not the BEST breakfast but it wasn't the worst right?? okay fine, i have this like EVERY morning, i should probably change this diet ,if i need to drop the fat and gain the muscle... suggestions? protein bar??? I don't know if i could give up the pumpkin spice coffee though. Fine maybe the PUMPKIN SPICE but not the coffee. well doesn't coffee slow down your metabolism? coffee or no coffee? I mean, I spend enough at teavanna, maybe I should just do tea?? thoughts?

Okay, so that was breakfast..
For lunch, I had some pastaaa mmmmm, with tomato sauce, and no cheese!! not bad huh? and guess what?! I even refrained myself from getting a smoothie. So the no cheese thing. Lets face it all the extra "stuff" adds up. think about it, (I'm gonna put it into terms we can all relate to, and because its so delicious) You go to McDonald's and you get those chicken nuggets with the awesome dipping sauce. so u just eat it all up with every last bit of sauce. mmm... well that sauce, is an EXTRA 50 calories!! My point is, without the EXTRA "stuff" (calories), i can burn more of my own calories instead of the extra ones I ate just by doing NOTHING! its 50 less!

So, breakfast and lunch was good, but dinner kinda made up for the bad stuff. I had 4 Jalapino poppers, 4 mozerella sticks, some pasta salad and salad w/crutons and blue cheese dressing... I totally lost control and went nuts. not to mention the Klondike bar I ate after that! annnnddd I had a cocktail to top it all off.

So where does this leave me? I think im still at square one. No, not the mall, but in my feat to lose weight and gain muscle. But TOMORROW will be the day I hit the gym and start my work out to be a better me!
