

Hey all, Sorry I didn't post in the past few days, for those of you that have been keeping up. Some really good things have been happening so thats an awesome thing to take into consideration. I have been to the gym working out with various people (you know who you are ;o) ) and i feel great!.
Over the past few days, ive drank a lot of water and took time out to stop and analyze what goes on, on a day to day basis, based upon everything that happened during a typical work shift... those of you who work 8-5 (9-5 people don't really exist...) you wake up, have your coffee, eat something awful for lunch, go home and have dinner, and try to find time ( but never do) for the gym.... THis is WHY AMERICA IS FAT.... TIME TIME TIME!
I get it, we all never have enough TIME to get up off of our buts and hit the gym!!! I felt it yesterday especially, ( but i still made it there) when i went and ran for 20 minutes and then lifted a few weights before I headed into work... I felt GREAT, even though i didn't have enough time to spend the one full HOUR at the gym. Guess what though, the short amount of time I spent there after I woke up, helped me burn calories ALL day long. S0000 everyone whose reading this please take note... If you go to the gym in the AM, right before you eat your fatty bagel, you will burn more calories ALL day long instead of going to the gym after work. This gives you more energy through out the day... SO WAKE UP EARLY AND GO TO THE GYM!!!
Here's to a few readers. THANK YOU for making comments!!! I KNOWwww Chick Fil A wasn't a good choice for lunch, but how hard was it to stay away from that greasy chicken patty?! VERRRRY!!!Especially if your use to eating it every day, work restricts you to it.... and okay, so what I gave into a few snacker thingys here and there, it still wasn't compared to what i'm use to!
I guess All Have to say for the past few days is... Watch what you eat! and keep focused on what you want... In my case and in this blog, my goal is to have the dude posted at the top of this page's body... Ladies enjoy! For the guy readers, and the girls who need motivation from this, I posted one for you too ;o) They're both MAD HOTT
PS. Thats Sean Cassidy for those of you who don't know, i think he may have won the previous poll results... I still love Jessie though LOL.
Okay, aside from chick fil a, Ive had some subs for lunch from d'angelo, I made pasta one night, and of course had ,my all time favorite, RICE KRISPIES mmmmmm. Gotta keep up with the healthy eating and gym going! Let me know if you want to come!!!
