Successful Failure



Hey all, today is Wednesday 10/21/09 and it was another day of progress, I think? I must say, i actually feel like this blog writing this is working, even though nobody is actually reading it! Its allowing me to stay more focused on what Im actually eating and doing in order to stay in better shape and work towards my goals. I didn't post anything yesterday, but it wasnt too eventful any way. I did good though. I had an onion bagel with cream cheese and my typical pumpkin spice coffee from dunks... and about 15 munchkins throughout the day.... is that bad? i dint think so... when i got home from work I had a pork chop and just a few picky things and that was it for food. exercising was non existent yesterday either, but I did do a lot of running around work all day!

Today get ready folks, I TRACKED IT ALL! haha I weighed in at 185.2 with my snazzy sneakers and light gym clothes. Again, this is according to my bathroom scale. I ran for 22 minutes and burned about 300 or so calories in the mix of it all! I decided I don't like running on a treadmill, I feel like I would have run longer had i been running to a specific location or i could control my own pace instead of the floor moving from beneath me. Maybe this is why I like the elliptical so much? Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? which one is better for you? well any way, the food thing wasnt too bad either. That is until i cracked and started eating pumpkin seeds like it was my job!

I ate prob like 6 brownies mind u, they're the little bite size ones, a slice of pumpkin pie, 2 cans of coke, a 1/2 bottle of wine, pasta with sauce, and a bunch of beernuts and candy. Blahhh the picking NEEDS to stop!!! I CANT STOP EATING! this has to be some kind of sickness or something! Maybe im just living the American Dream. Is this why America is so fat?! Gahh. Any doctors out there reading this? can you diagnose me with sum sickness. I eat WAYY too much.

Here is what i DONT get... I started out at 188 and now 185, this means Ive lost 2.8 pounds already! No way! I mean, yeah ive been running a bit but does it help that much does it?

Well any way, I do feel better despite all the crap I eat. My new thing is that im gonna give up soda and just start drinking water and once that happens, ill make sure that i drink at least a gallon a day! (dont hold your breath)


Okay now the good stuff. I've been cruising online for some good stuff. and ive come across some hotties thanks to a friend who pointed him out. now its up to u guys to decide. whos hotter? Jessie Pavelka or Sean Cassidy.

  1. I don't know who Jessie Pavelka or Sean Cassidy are.

    But you should try switching out coffee/soda/drinks loaded with corn syrup in general for water or cranberry juice or something because you lose a lot of calories to drinks and most people don't even realize it, and it's pretty painless to make that switch even if you just switch out one thing at a time.

  2. Try loading your refridge with water or other healthy drinks instead of sodas and alcohol:) Whatever is readily available is always easier to reach for...
