The Beginning



Hey guys!
Today I went to the gym! I was a bit intimidated by all them muscly dudes lifiting giant weights and looking flawless! OH HOT DAMN! is what i thought...
I did 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and worked on a few of those machines... Nothing too too crazy, but i felt very good after I left!

Okay, so i looked like a moron cuz i have NO CLUE what to do when I go but i know i need to lift something to help develop muscle. Let me know what to do all of you gym people! routine maybe? how much should I lift??? hmmm

So food.... I had....dun dun dunnnnn. A wopper value meal! :o( Im sorrryyy, my sister made me! and then teriyaki chicken over white rice and veggies for dinner. Not bad right?! okay fine I sucked, but Its getting better!
Progress is key right? I snuck in a few snacks too, aka, some ramen noodles, a cookie or 2 and i think thats it! I held beack on the Ice cream today, but i sure do miss it!

okay, sorry about the boring post, but hopefully the pics will help provide some sort of entertainment! Theyre of what i need to look like.
